Using the ILEC SN10 with an Intel based Apple Computer

Dave Nadler has set up a page of instructions explaining how new Macs that use Intel processors can run the ILEC SN10 PC utilities without Microsoft Windows

Details can be found on the SN10 Support page.

You will need to purchase a Keyspan USA-19QW USB-to-serial adapter (also sold as a "PDA adapter").

USB-to-Serial converters are manufactured by a few different vendors, however we have only found the Keyspan USA-19QW USB-to-serial adapter will work reliably on the Mac platform.

Beware trying to use a Belkin unit (no Mac drivers), or a no-name unit because your mileage will vary.
